Lakefront custom Ranch in East Hampton, CT. There was a small Ranch on this property already, but it was in rough shape.That house was demolished, the lot cleared, and a new foundation poured. We then delivered a fully-custom Ranch and set atop the foundation.This build is a good showcase of what we can do with a tight building lot. At 0.23 acres, this was about as small as lot as we can work with.
