Faster Path to Move-In
With modular construction, site work and home construction happen simultaneously. Once you place your order, we’ll deliver your home in about 10-12 weeks. The complete process – including planning, design, financing, approvals and construction – typically takes 8-10 months from design and budgeting deposit to move-in.
Built for Consistency
Our homes are built in a climate-controlled factory environment, where they are subject to quality assurance inspections at every stage of assembly. This same attention to detail carries on to our site work and foundations, including factory-built, precast foundation systems from Superior Walls.
Budget-Driven Planning
Get a free standard estimate to help you frame your budget relative to the house you want. We provide a clear scope of work so that you can see what is typically included. Look it over and then get in touch. A common next step is to book an on-site consultation ($250), so that we can refine your estimate based on visiting your building lot.
