Step 2
Select a starting-point floorplan.
You will have the opportunity to customize, but not just yet! From our collection of starting-point plans, you’ll select the home that most closely resembles your vision.
We’re primarily interested in basic requirements like square footage and number of beds/baths at this point, rather than finer, more personal details. Add-ons like garages, porches, decks, etc. are built on-site and can be added later in the process.
Step 3
Share project details.
Take a moment to answer a handful of multiple-choice questions that will inform your estimate.
Step 4
Get a standard estimate.
Based on your responses, you will receive an automatically-generated estimate. This estimate will establish a budgetary expectation as well as outline the complete scope of work involved in a modular home build. From here, you may elect to connect with a Sales Representative, review the estimate, and proceed through the rest of our process.
