Upon executing a purchase agreement, closing on your loan (if applicable), and making a 20% down payment, your new home build begins to take shape almost instantaneously.
You’ll be granted access to our internal project management software, in which you’ll be able to follow along with schedules of deliveries, on-site workers, forecasted milestone achievements, and even photo updates as each punch list item is addressed. This system will serve as the central hub of your project; Homebuyer, Lender, and Builder (SNEML) will all have access, with relevant documentation and information neatly organized, establishing one clear and consistent line of communication between all involved.

With your project now officially inked and off the ground, we’ll submit your architectural plans and site plan to the town, obtain a building permit, and pay the associated fees.
With the building permit in-hand, we’ll submit the home order to our factory. They’ll then turn around a proposed delivery date, normally 10-12 weeks out. We’ll book our crane and set crew, confirm the delivery, and update your project file to alert all of the good news.
With modules are delivered to the site, lifted…">set day (module delivery) scheduled, we’ll coordinate the other crane-assisted install— your Superior Walls foundation. As the precast concrete foundation walls are factory-built, rather than poured on-site, there is no curing or settling to worry about. We’re able to stagger the foundation install and home install to be quite close, often within a week of each other.

On any given project, regardless of raw, heavily wooded land or an easy, wide open building lot, it can be expected that there will be a weather-tight house installed within about a month of the first piece of equipment arriving at your property. You’ll be stunned at just how quickly your building lot blossoms into your new home.
